Contact & Sign-Up Forms
The theme comes with three related blocks: Fairy Contact Form, Fairy Sign-Up Form, and Fairy Sign-Up Form (footer). To add these blocks to a page, simply click the black plus sign at the bottom of the page and search for the block.
All three blocks collect submissions. When a user sends a message or enters their email, it’s collected under Form Submissions > Submissions in your dashboard.
If you’re using a third-party newsletter service, like Mailchimp or Convertkit, you can manually add email addresses stored in Submissions to your newsletter accounts by copying and pasting them. This process can’t be done automatically.
UPDATE 6/15/2026: If you’d like form submissions to go directly to your newsletter platform of choice, you can now connect it using a Form Action URL, which was added in the latest update. Most email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) provide this URL in their embedded form settings. Here’s how to set it up:
- In your newsletter platform, create a new embedded sign-up form and locate the form’s action URL (it’s usually found in the form’s HTML code, in the
action=""attribute).
- Paste that URL into the Form Action URL field in the block settings.
- Map the Name Field and Email Field inputs to match the field names your platform requires (these are also found in the embedded form’s HTML).
Option 2: HTML Embed Code If the Form Action URL method isn’t working, or you can’t find your form action URL, you can paste your newsletter platform’s full HTML embed code directly into the embed code field. This will replace the default form with your platform’s native form, ensuring full compatibility.
